Wine is the fermented juice of freshly crushed grapes. Wine delivers the flavours of the earth in wonderful varieties and blends. The Australian wine industry while considered "New World", is built on Old-World historically respected methods. Wine is Culture in a bottle, to be shared and enjoyed. Techniques keep meal service flowing without interuptions. Notably helpful during presentation/boardroom meetings etc. Boardroom waitering is a really nice job around Sydney.
