Most of our kitchen is packed up to move. March menu planning works around meal packs/portions from our freezer.

*Australian Style Dining tip. We serve on the L clear on the R. Vertical Knife & Fork signals you have finished. Techniques keep meal service flowing without interuptions. Notably helpful during presentation/boardroom meetings etc. Boardroom waitering is a really nice job around Sydney. The views, custom design environments, incredible food, $32-$46hour avg...it's all rather fancy and nice. Planning a working/student Visa trip? Great income, great perks.
